The operator of Tane (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") establishes the following policy regarding the handling of user information collected in this application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is designed as a closed, private space for families.

1. Information Collected

• User-Provided Information: Profile (name, role in the family, etc.), submitted content (diaries, messages, cheers), and email addresses provided during account registration or inquiries.
• User Content (Images): Profile photos and pictures posted to the family garden.
• Automatically Collected Information:
  • Identifiers: User ID for account management, Device ID.
  • Diagnostics: Crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostic data to improve app stability.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide App features (sharing family memories, data backup, and synchronization).
• To manage and provide the premium subscription service ("Minori Plan").
• To respond to user inquiries.
• To analyze app usage (Analytics) and improve service quality.
• To prevent fraudulent activities and ensure security.

3. No Advertising or Tracking

Because this App values the private space of your family, we do not display any third-party advertisements, nor do we track your data for advertising or affiliate purposes.

4. Analytics and Subscription Tools

This app uses Firebase Analytics and Google Crashlytics for usage analysis and bug reporting, and RevenueCat for managing subscriptions (Minori Plan).

These tools may collect device IDs and diagnostic data. This data is used solely to improve your user experience and maintain the App's functionality.

5. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing

The Operator will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law. However, the Operator may outsource the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, such as storing data securely in cloud storage (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Firebase).

6. Security Management & Data Deletion

The Operator takes appropriate measures to prevent the leakage of data. When a user utilizes the account deletion feature within the app, their authentication data and personal account info will be deleted from the server. However, shared memories (posts and cheers) may remain in the family garden for other family members to view.

7. Disclaimer

The Operator makes no guarantees regarding the complete preservation of data. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Operator will change this policy as necessary. The amended policy shall become effective from the time it is posted within the App.
